OIL AND WINE
The Ragusan countryside is full of ancient olive trees that give olives used in the production of oil. The oil of this land has excellent organoleptic qualities made possible by unique climatic characteristics. Another product that enjoys the benefits of our land is the wine, which comes from the many vines that populate the iblee hills. This is a tour that aims to show the preparation of oil in a mill, followed by a tasting of the various types of oil and preserves. The wine follows, through a visit to an organic winery, an opportunity in which we will witness the various grape processing procedures. Ending the wine tasting, for an educational tour full of taste.
